This is a digital download, so nothing ships. If the files do not open, are missing pages, or are not what the sales page describes, email vatrackerapp@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you paid with. You will get a full refund to your original payment method, normally within a few business days of the request. You do not need to return anything.
Eight printable PDF documents (10 pages in total) and one CSV expense tracker, delivered as an instant download after payment. You may print as many copies as you need for your own household. Please do not resell, redistribute or post the files.
The PCS Command Binder is an independent organizer. It is not made, reviewed or endorsed by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense or any government agency. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not promise any reimbursement or entitlement. Confirm rules that apply to your orders with your transportation office, finance office or official sources.
Payments are handled by Stripe. This site does not see or store your card details. Your email is used to deliver your receipt and to answer support requests.
